Customers can cancel a subscription at any time. When you cancel, all future charges associated with that subscription will be stopped. Your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing period.
Unless a refund is approved under the “Full Money Back Guarantee” or “Other refunds” sections below, you will not receive a refund for the current billing period. However, your subscription access and accompanying benefits will remain available until the end of your current billing period.
We provide a 7-day full money-back guarantee for first-time subscription purchases on eligible plans (including Personal, Professional, Team, and Small Business).
A full refund request will be approved if: (1) this is your first purchase of the subscription plan, (2) the purchase was made within the last 7 days, and (3) you are not satisfied with the service. If a refund request is not submitted within the 7-day guarantee period, a full refund will not be issued.
This guarantee does not apply to renewals, additional accounts, upgrades after the guarantee period, or purchases made outside the 7-day window.
If you request a refund due to a verified technical issue with the purchased product or service and our support team is unable to provide a working solution within 7 days, we can offer one of the following options:
· Pause the subscription to prevent future charges while we work on a fix, then resume it once resolved.
· Refund the unused portion of the current subscription period (where applicable) if you do not wish to wait for a fix.
To be eligible, you must cooperate with our support team by providing clear details of the issue and allowing reasonable troubleshooting (including following recommended steps).
